FoodPrint 120 is a panel of selected food antigens for the food intolerance determination (IgG-dependent food hypersensitivity) based on the microarray method.
The FoodPrint 120 testing allows you to detect the body's reaction to more than 120 food products that can cause ailments. Many people experience a chronic intolerance reaction to specific food antigens. Unlike the immediate effects associated with allergies, in which IgE antibodies are involved, the reaction associated with food intolerance, in which IgG antibodies are involved, can develop within days of contact with the antigen. Finishing the use of food products to which a patient has a reaction can lead to a rapid health improvement. But this process should be made under the doctor’s supervision.
The investigated antigens belong to the following groups: dairy products, fish and seafood, fruits, cereals, herbs and spices, poultry and meat, nuts and seeds, vegetables and others.
